We would like to ask you all for your help with The Big Help Out workday on Saturday 8th June between 11am and 3pm.
The key areas of focus for the day are:

Be able to use pitch 1 (lower) more often by reducing the in-goal ponding and increase the potential training and car park area.

Level pitches 1 and 2, where possible, by filling in the hollows

Prepare an area for the tree planting / re-wilding as part of the new changing rooms planning permission

Clear ditches and sides/rear of clubhouse and changing room block

Repair potholes on the driveway
-
Thoroughly clean the changing room block including the toilets, showers, internal drains, physio room, etc.

Level the aggregate path in the lower parking area

General end of season clean and tidy
-
Age grade kit sort out – stocktake for year-end to enable and agree any kit purchases needed for next season
Preparation with Maylim
We have work planned w/c 3rd June with Maylim to prepare for the Club volunteers workday on Saturday 8th June – a digger and dumper will move the soil mound by the South Circular to spots around the field for volunteers to use. They will also do some work to clear / prepare the area in the lower car park for tree planting and re-wilding.
