HOW TO COACH THE ALLEYNIAN AGE GRADE WAY
This page communicates our Club Coaching Philosophy that is fundamentally focussed on delivering Age Grade Rugby as defined by England Rugby our National Governing Body. It also includes a number of links to resources to support our coaching team to develop personally, improve their rugby knowledge and ultimately deliver a great rugby experience for our Young Age Grade Rugby Players.
Our Coaching Philosophy as a Local Community Rugby Club with Age Grade playing numbers close to 700 (the third largest Age Grade Rugby section in England) is to offer a rugby experience that is inclusive, creative, engaging, developmental, player centred, supportive, safe and fun and is appropriate to each of the Age Groups we coach.

We are an RFU Accredited Club and a Kids First Champion Club so our standards are very high, with established minimum and best practice coaching standards for our coaching teams and we strive to deliver the best experience we can.
Our coaching teams have a range of resources they can utilise to support their coaching sessions, please CLICK on the links:
