Monday evening - Senior Men's pre-season training from 7pm til 8.30pm
Wednesday evening - Senior Men's pre-season training from 7pm til 8.30pm
Thursday evening - Touch Rugby from 7pm until 8pm, anyone can play, male and female, aged 14+
Saturday morning - Touch Union Rugby takes place every Saturday morning from 10:30am until 12:00 noon at the Club, anyone can play, male and female, aged 14+
