The Senior Rugby section of the club celebrated the end of the season with the traditional dinner at the East India Club. This evening gives players and supporting staff the chance to recognise the ups and downs, celebrate their teammates, and generally kick back.
It was a special night in particular for four club stalwarts, James Mair, Tom Shanahan, Tom Pickett and Charlie Thompson, who that season had reached the impressive milestone of 100 caps for the 1st XV.
In addition to them each receiving their commemorative caps from Club Chairman Mike Lobb, awards were handed out to a number of club members who had made particularly strong contributions to OAs that season, most hearteningly including a number of new or recent additions to the club.
