On Saturday 12^th & 26^th November the committee would like to invite all members who volunteer their time doing things for the good of our club, to come and receive a free drink from the club bar as a thank you.

On Saturday 12^th the bar will be open from 12.30.  On the 26^th we will open from 1.30pm.  There are OA home games on both days with the 2s and 4s due to play on the 12^th and the 1s, 2s and 3s on the 26^th.  On both dates we will also be showing the Autumn International matches as they happen.

In order to receive your free pint we ask that you take a few moments to complete the ‘I Volunteer’ survey online or on paper giving detail on your volunteering contribution.

Every member who completes our ‘I Volunteer’ request will be considered, by the committee, for one of the 25 places available to join the committee, with a guest, for this season’s Thanksgiving Awards meal.  This will be on a date, yet to be set, during the first 3 months of 2023.  Selected volunteers will receive an invitation for the Thanksgiving Awards before the end of 2022.

If you are unable to attend on the 12^th or the 26^th November to claim your free drink you are still encouraged to complete the ‘I Volunteer’ request.  Please hand completed paper entries into the bar or any member of the committee.

We also have ‘I Nominate’ options available for members who wish to recommend volunteers for selection to the Thanksgiving meal.

Last entries for consideration into this seasons Thanksgiving Awards will be the 30^th November 2022.
