To mark the commencement of the 125th Anniversary of the Old Alleynians Rugby Football Club we will be holding a celebratory Ball on Saturday 24th June 2023. The Ball will be fundraising for the internal kit out of the new girls changing rooms in the soon to be built new pavilion building. Our girls rugby section has grown to over a hundred players with U11s, U12s, U14s, U16s and U18s teams. With this growth we need to be able to provide appropriate facilities for them and visiting girls’ teams. The cost of the new girls changing rooms is estimated at £50,000 and it is now our primary fundraising target.
Tickets for the Ball are £90 per person and include a live band, a DJ, dancing, auction, raffle, a special guest speaker and a 2-course meal with welcoming canapes. The meal and canapes are being prepared by highly acclaimed chef Anand Kishore Yadav. Welcoming drinks will be served from 6.30pm and the bar will be open until late.

There are still some tables left! if possible, please coordinate with your friends, teams or other Age Grade parents to purchase tables of 10. With tables of 10 only the lead person needs to complete this form for all.
